We bought a 2017 310 SE, new in 2018. After almost a year we had some warranty items we needed replaced and repaired. We have had boats before and getting warranty work done has not been a good experience and when you do get it done your boat is last on the priority list. Not this company. An appointment was set at the factory for us and when we arrived we were meet by personnel with professional and can do attitudes. They went over all of our claims and inspected the boat and added a few items they noticed. I was giving a time frame that they would need the boat to complete the work. I received a call that it was done and ready to go (on time). When we picked the boat up, to my surprise all the work and then some was done and done right, the boat was clean from the work performed (no messes for us to clean up).
