When investing in a premium catamaran, you expect not only a top-tier product but also a level of service that reflects the brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, our experience with the dealership and their service department was anything but that. They excelled at selling the product, presenting themselves as knowledgeable and trustworthy, but when it came to standing behind their promises, they completely failed. Their lack of communication, repeated runarounds, and failure to follow through on commitments turned what should have been an exciting ownership experience into a frustrating ordeal. Instead of taking responsibility, they continuously passed the buck, leaving us feeling abandoned and disappointed.
It wasn’t until Twin Vee’s leadership stepped in that everything changed. When they became aware of the situation, they took immediate action. Both the **President and Vice President** of Twin Vee personally reached out to us on multiple occasions, ensuring that every issue was addressed and that we received the support we should have had from the start. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was nothing short of extraordinary. Unlike the dealership, Twin Vee didn’t make excuses—they made things happen.
A special thank you goes to **Eric Perle**, who was instrumental in connecting us with Twin Vee management. Our dealership repeatedly ignored our requests to involve Twin Vee, insisting they were handling the situation—when in reality, they were not. Thankfully, through the **Twin Vee Owners Group on Facebook**, we were able to connect with Eric, who truly embodies what customer service should be. **Eric, the administrator of the Facebook group, is not an employee of Twin Vee but a passionate advocate for the brand. He genuinely understands the customer experience and works tirelessly to help facilitate resolutions.** His dedication to ensuring that every Twin Vee owner loves their boat and brand as much as he does is commendable.
Thanks to Eric and Twin Vee’s direct involvement, our boat was back in no time, and we finally experienced the outstanding service that should have been provided from the beginning. Twin Vee didn’t just correct the situation; they restored our confidence in the brand and proved that they genuinely stand behind their products and their customers.
If you’re considering a Twin Vee, know that you’re not just purchasing a world-class catamaran—you’re choosing a company that exemplifies integrity, accountability, and customer care at the highest level.
